Job Description:

motivated and multilingual individual to join our team as a
Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This position is crucial
for providing exceptional service and support to our diverse
customer base. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic
environment, demonstrate a commitment to GEICO’s values of
innovation and customer satisfaction, and effectively handle
inquiries and concerns in both English and another specified
language. Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and
live chat in both English and a second language. Provide detailed
information about GEICO’s insurance products and services. Resolve
customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively. Record
customer interactions and transactions, logging details of
inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Follow up on customer interactions when necessary. Collaborate with
team members to achieve better results and high customer
satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with
product offerings and policy changes. Proficiency in English and
one additional language. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive information
confidentially. Familiarity with computer and telecommunications
systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Bilingual certification may be preferred or required
depending on role specifics.
