addition to base pay.YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:--- Lead the
development and implementation of automation strategies to optimize
manufacturing processes.--- Design and optimize automated systems
to improve efficiency and quality.--- Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and
drive continuous improvement.--- Provide technical expertise and
guidance in automation technologies and best practices.--- Lead and
mentor a team of automation engineers.--- Support and assist the
maintenance and facilities team in troubleshooting difficult
breakdowns and chronic equipment failures related to control
systems.US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS--- Must be a US Citizen due to
contractual requirements.----YOU MUST HAVE---Bachelor's degree from
an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the
sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics---5+ years of
professional controls engineering experience.---5+ years of
advanced PLC programming knowledge on Rockwell, Siemens, or
equivalent PLCs in a production environment.---5+ years of
experience with plant applications such as MES, BMS, and
others.---Experience with commissioning and troubleshooting
production equipment such as torque controllers, robotics, computer
servers, testing equipment, and/or others.---Software applications
programming experience.---Understanding of databases and various
program languages (MySQL, Python, etc.).---Proven project
management experience.---Proficient in working with and creating
electrical diagrams and prints.---Excellent problem-solving and
analytical skills.WE VALUE---Master's degree in engineering or a
related field---Wide Experience supporting critical
manufacturing.---Experience in leading automation projects and
teams.---Experience launching new plant systems and their
integration into the IT Infrastructure and Facilities.---Knowledge
of industry standards and regulations related to automation,
including safety.---Strong communication and leadership
skills.---Continuous learning mindset and a passion for innovation
