Business Unit is seeking a highly motivated Integrated Product Team
Lead to support the Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) Production Test
Equipment (TE). This position involves leading a team of
multi-disciplined engineers, providing technical oversight, and
managing the execution of the test equipment work to support RAM
production. In this role you will lead a team responsible for
diagnosis and repair of Test Equipment issues, updates to existing
Test Equipment for obsolescence and capability upgrades, and
support deployment of new Test Equipment to the factory floor. This
is an onsite position located in Tucson, AZ. What You Will Do
Manage a cross functional team of 5-7 Responsible Engineering
Authorities (REAs) including mechanical, electrical, and software
engineers. Collaborate with Program and Factory Management to
determine the priority of the tasks at hand. Analyze data related
to factory throughput and yield and make recommendations for
improvement. Interface with program and factory chief engineers to
ensure engineering alignment with constraints, improvements, and
routine changes. Partner with Value Stream Managers (VSM) and Value
Stream Leads (VSL) to ensure factory has the program support needed
to maintain desired production throughput and yield rates.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME), Product Test
Engineers (PTE), and Manufacturing Engineers (ME) to ensure they
are working in lockstep with your REA team members. Communicate
with suppliers and travel when necessary to support critical
constraints and important reviews. Maintain material and labor
budgets for the Integrated Product Team (IPT) and report deviations
weekly in front of peers and Program Manager (PM). Maintain a
project tracking system, holding REAs accountable for their
projects and reviewing list a minimum of once per week with each
REA. Innovate to identify areas of improvement to increase our Up
Time for the TE Recognize REAs on team amongst their peers and
leadership for project wins and excellence. Manage the team’s
compliance to the TE One Page Process, technical reviews, and
Release to Production (RtP). Coordinate with the Chief Engineer and
Product Test Engineers (PTE) Management to tailor requirements and
ensure proper technical rigor. Remove barriers and ensure the team
is properly staffed and resourced to support the program goals and
contractual deliveries. Mentor and coach junior engineers within
the team and foster a healthy team environment. Must be willing to
travel occasionally, as needed to support production test equipment
at supplier or customer facilities. Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or
Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant
experience. Experience in Test Systems Engineering, Hardware
Engineering, and/or Software Engineering. Experience in
integration, verification, validation, and/or maintenance
activities within production, manufacturing, and/or product
qualification environments. Experience with program management
tools: EVMS, Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master
Schedule (IMS), and/or Risk and Opportunity Management. Experience
with budget, schedule, Estimate at Complete (EAC) process, and/or
financial performance report generation. Active and transferable
Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior
to start date with the ability to obtain special program access
prior to start. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens
are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer
Project management or IPTL experience Experience working with
Manufacturing and Production Systems and Processes. EVMS
certification, Program Management certification, or equivalent to
Raytheon PM Level 6 certification. Experience collaborating with
program office, cross-functional teams, and internal/external
customers. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; both

role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a
good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
