We are now hiring for an Manfacturing Engineer. WHAT YOU WILL DO: As the Manufacturing Engineer , responsibilities will include but may not be limited to: Interpret and convert customer technical data for Data Bus, RF, Point-to-Point wire harnesses to manufacturing documentation for building high quality products. Problem solves and troubleshoots internal production or customer design issues. Recommends corrective or preventive actions to improve product quality or reliability. Prepare documentation for new manufacturing processes or engineering procedures. Provide technical expertise or support to production teams. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 3-5 years’ experience in Aerospace Manufacturing environment. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred. Experience in SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, or other 3D modeling software. Knowledgeable in industry drawing standards and Military Specifications. Possess strong organizational, analytical and communication skills. Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Programs. PREFERRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Hands-on experience with aerospace harness design, electrical interconnects, integration, and systems for aerospace equipment. Experience working with program requirements, equipment performance specs, wire connection lists, wire gauge sizing, and connector selection. Communicate in a clear and concise manner effectively across multiple levels. Be team-minded and ready to work in a multi-functional and multi-cultural, fast-moving, and complex/technical environment. Must have high initiative, integrity, strong work ethic, good communication and critical thinking and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail.
