About Us: We are a full-service managed outsourcing partner to the hospitality industry where resorts, hotels, country clubs, stadiums, etc., hire us for housekeeping and total facilities maintenance.We are growing every day and the potential for growth is unlimited.With over 30 years of expertise, and we provide housekeeping and stewarding services to resorts, country clubs, stadiums as well as other venues and business properties.

About the Position: We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2B marketing. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience developing, executing and managing the company's marketing efforts for increased brand awareness and new account acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Develop B2B strategies and tactics to boost the company's reputation and drive qualified traffic to our cleaning services.
  
• Deploy successful B2B marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, specifically aimed at acquiring new cleaning accounts.
  
• Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels for B2B marketing.
  
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target B2B groups.
  
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors in the cleaning industry.
  
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
  
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies, ensuring they are tailored for a B2B audience.
  
• Measure and report on the performance of B2B marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  
• Analyze consumer behavior within the B2B space and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
  
  
  Requirements and Skills:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
    
  • Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
    
  • Strong client relationship experience.
    
  • Excellent communication skills: oral, written, presentation.
    
  • Demonstrable experience in B2B marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
    
  • Proven experience in identifying target B2B audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
