Position Highlights: - Practice Primary Care to the full scope of your license - Full-time position; 36 patient contact hours weekly - 18-22 patients per day on average - EPIC EMR system with Dragon dictation - Dedicated MA for rooming and support - Onsite lab and pharmacy resource support for medication refills - Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm - Answer urgent/emergent patient calls after hours by phone, one week every 2-3 months Compensation & Benefits Highlights: - Medical, dental, and vision coverage, including STD/LTD and UnitedHealth Group stock options - Continuing Medical Education allowance with paid time off - Professional liability insurance - Excellent PTO package - Generous retirement program with employer-funded contributions (401K) You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: - Unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license or ability to obtain by start date - National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP, or Physician Assistant national certification through NCCPA - Current DEA registration or ability to by start date - Current BLS certification Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in providing patient care under a Value Based Care Model - Experience in Primary Care - Knowledge of HEDIS measures, CAHPS, HOS, HCC Coding documentation - Proficient in Medicare Annual Wellness visits - Proficient in EMR systems & technology Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $104,500 to $ $156,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
