looking for a visionary nursing leader to oversee Women & Infants
Services, including Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn care.
In this role, you’ll balance administrative leadership with
staffing support, typically working five 8-hour shifts per week.
Your leadership will shape the patient experience, support your
team’s growth, and ensure the highest standards of maternal and

inspire the nursing team in Women & Infants Services. Ensure
quality care, patient satisfaction, and compliance with all
regulations. Oversee daily operations, staffing, and resource
management. Support professional growth and team engagement. Drive
productivity and cost-effective practices without compromising
care. What you bring Current Arizona RN license. Bachelor’s degree
in nursing, healthcare, business, or related field. 3 years of
Labor & Delivery experience, plus 1 year of healthcare supervisory
experience. What we offer Competitive salary starting at $100,000,
based on experience and certifications. Up to $25K bonus based on
eligibility. $8K relocation assistance. $60/day travel stipend for
those commuting more than 60 miles one way. Annual bonuses, 401(k)
