Job Description Job Description Nurse Practitioner (NP) Phusion Wellness has an immediate opening for a Full Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) at our Mesa location. Title NP Location Mesa, AZ Position Status FT Schedule: Monday through Thursday from 7:30am-4:30pm & Friday 7:30-11:30am. Overview Phusion Wellness practice in Mesa, AZ has an immediate opening for a motivated Nurse Practitioner. The candidate must exhibit strong clinical judgement with sound communication skills. We are seeking a professional who values the opportunity to learn and grow clinically, and who are dedicated to the success of the practice. Our clinical practice requires professionals who understand the extraordinary effort required to maintain our industry- leading focus, who embrace daily challenges and desire constant professional growth and learning. Experience in pain management is preferred but will consider all candidates, including new graduates. Phusion Wellness is an integrated wellness clinic that specializes in Pain Management, Counseling, and Addiction. We strive to treat each of our patients as individuals with real needs. Our goal is to provide the highest level of care that is both affordable and convenient, which is why we offer telemedicine appointments for some of our patients. Our mission is to help all our patients form a foundation for a happy, healthy life. Essential Functions And Duties Assesses patient health by interviewing patients; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories. Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments. Determines abnormal conditions by administering or ordering diagnostic tests. Documents patient care services by charting in patient records. Instructs and counsels patients by describing regimens; promoting wellness and health maintenance. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort and helps train clinical employees Qualifications Degree in related field (NP) Licensure in Arizona and willing to obtain licensure in the State of Utah Patient focused/excellent communication skills Competency and experience with Computers and Electronic Medical Records Strong attention to details Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 2-years' experience preferred but not required Benefits We offer top-of-market compensation packages (salary & productivity bonuses), including paid vacation, sick leave, holidays.
