Job Description:

We at L&L Hawaiian Barbecue are looking for a friendly and motivated Cook to join our team and prepare authentic Hawaiian dishes. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards of quality. He/she is also expected to accurately plate orders in a timely manner, as well as assist with kitchen maintenance and cleaning duties.Responsibilities: Preparing meals according to recipes and established standards of quality Ensuring timely and accurate service of meals Preparing ingredients prior to cooking, such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding vegetables Operate standard kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, and blenders Assemble food orders in accordance with recipes and standards Practice appropriate food storage and rotation techniques Cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas Other duties as requiredRequirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
