As a Recreation Attendant, you will ensure guests have enjoyable, safe, and memorable experiences by facilitating leisure activities and maintaining recreation facilities. Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner within the recreation areas. Organize and oversee daily recreational activities suitable for all ages. Monitor the use of recreational facilities to ensure guest safety and adherence to policies. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all recreation areas, including pool, fitness, and game rooms. Provide information and assistance to guests regarding recreational facilities and scheduling. Collaborate with other hotel departments to promote and schedule events. Handle equipment check-outs and returns, and maintain records of equipment use. Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic environment Proficient in basic life-saving and first aid techniques Organizational skills for event planning and execution Basic computer and administrative skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly valued.
