PositionSummary:TheService &
InspectionSalesExecutiveisresponsibleforsellingproductsandservices
offered byOlympic West Fire Protection, LLC to current and new
clientele. Role and Responsibilities Build andmaintaina network of
resources from which toidentifynew salesleads. Communicate with
customersand leads toidentifyand understand their product or
service needs. Demonstrate the functions and utility of products
and services to customers based on their needs. Ensure customer
satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship
management; resolve any issues that mayarisepost-sale. Maintain
communication with existing andpreviouscustomers, alerting them of
new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, including calls,
orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor
relationship problems. Provide salesforecastfor the assigned
territory. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and
Education Requirements Must have fire protection industry
experience. 10 years of experience in sales or a relatedfield.
Bachelors degree in marketing, Sales, Business, or related field;
or equivalent practical experience instead of a degree. Ability to
build andmaintainbusiness relationships with clients. Excellent
time management skills. Ability to multitask and complete work
while traveling. Thorough knowledge of assigned territory, market,
and clients. Excellent organizational skills and attention to
detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient
with Microsoft Office Suite. Mustbe willing to travel. Physical
Demands While performing the duties of this position, the employee
isfrequentlyrequired to sit, stand, communicate, reach, and
manipulate objects, tools, or controls. This position requires
mobility and minimal physical exertion. Working Conditions Usual
office workingconditions, whether on-site or remote. The noise
level in the work area is typical of most office environments.
Extensive travel may be required.
